Nowadays AfroColombian's situation is a controversial topic, that sometimes is hard to accept. We live in a world in wich the "white" people are the ones that have rights to live and do evrything they want, making INVISIBLE "black" people. Black people are ignored in every single way.
Racial discrimination is a serious violation of human rights. However, in Colombia people called "mestizos", promote exclusion of Afro-Colombians from all walks and relevant socio-economic areas, especially those jobs that require attention to the public, the media and control of charges public and private sectors.
Government should promote a law that creates a racial inclusion strategy in order to generate greater investment in human capital, to generate a constant positive impact on the quality of life not only of Afro-Colombian communities, but for all Colombian people.
